The initial weeks were all about getting oriented and trained. Even with prior work experience, I felt like I didn't know how to start my computer. But, getting to know the company inside out laid the foundation for understanding the work, my responsibilities, and how I could make an impact. It clarified what Calimero and Web3 were all about.
Once I got the hang of things, I took on operational tasks and had the responsibility of managing my own work. It was challenging but rewarding, enhancing my problem-solving skills and giving me insights into company operations.
At Calimero, the spirit of learning is always in the air. Beyond diving into blockchain, I joined insightful marketing workshops led by Paula. These sessions weren't just about theory; they equipped me to write blogs like this and handle our social media presence effectively.
Now, we're shifting gears into design workshops. My game plan? Blend my marketing insights into creating impactful designs for Calimero.
